Carsten Lindholm Exchange er et netværk af professionelle jazz musikere med stor diversitet, aldersgruppe og genrebredde indenfor jazz.
Netværket er et resultat af mange år i branchen, og er Carstens måde at bringe musikere sammen på, der betyder noget for ham – og i de forskelige konstellationer bringe musikken nye steder hen.
Hver musiker bidrager med sine kvaliteter og karakteristiske spil, når de i fællesskab fortolker egne og andres arrangementer – åbent og frit i intro og outro’er, altid med melodien i fokus.
Carsten Lindholm Exchange understøtter et ønske om, at udbrede og udveksle Nordisk jazz i Danmark og Europa.

Carsten Lindholm Exchange feat. Forkelid, Markusson
Pianist Adam Forkelid (SE) has been an influential part of the Swedish and Scandinavian jazz scene for around 20 years. He has led and co-led groups such as the innovative Trio Lekverk, the futuristic fusion group Soundscape Orchestra and a trio with legendary bassist Georg Riedel and drummer Jon Fält. His current band, 1st Movement, has released two albums….
Bassist Thomas Markusson (SE) played on the European scene in many different ways before touring and playing with the art of Walter Lang, Lee Konitz, Arve Henriksen and many others. He has been in high demand for his unique sound, technology, virtuosity and artistic vision. This includes three albums, SGS Sessions Vol. 1, 2 and 3, together with Arve Henriksen, Helge Andreas Norbakken and Åke Linton. He also has a live project with trumpeter/pianist Sebatian Studnitzky.

Carsten Lindholm Exchange feat. Huber, Forkelid, Markusson

Vibraphonist Sonja Huber (CH) has given several concerts with the duo “Lottchen” in Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Switzerland. She plays with the Swiss musicians Sarah Chaksad, Fabienne Hoerni, Rahel Thierstein, Sandra Merk and Julie Fahrer in the International Female Musicians Collective (IFMC). IFMC has toured Germany, Denmark and Switzerland and released the EP “TWO”. Her other collaborators include Anna Rossinelli, Troubas Kater, I Quattro, Ill Will, Pullup Orchestra and Swiss Jazz Orchestra.

Eva Kruse was born the 16th of october 1978 in Hamburg/ Germany.
1998-2003 she studied acoustic bass and improvisation at the university of arts “UdK” in Berlin. She also went to Sweden to study with bassist and professor Anders Jormin in Göteborg..
1999-01 Eva was a member of the german youth-jazzorchestra “BuJazzO”, where she took classes with pianist John Taylor who inspired her into starting writing music for different bands and projects.
2002 she founded her own band with pianist Michael Wollny and drummer Eric Schaefer and what started as “Eva Kruse Trio” soon became the highly acknowledged trio [em]. With [em] Eva has released five albums on ACT Records, toured worldwide from 2004-2014 and has won a couple of grammy´s in Germany as “best ensemble of the year”.
